Google+: Excited about it or sick of it already?

Once again, the folks at Shoebox Blog (and more specifically Chuck & Beans) hit it on the head. There is a definite tendency among first adopters to not only be the first to try something, but also the first to declare it passe. Google+ seems to be a bit different in that people can't decide what it is exactly yet. Is it a Facebook killer or a Twitter replacement? Or, like the iPad, is it its own new category?
We'd love to hear your thoughts on Google+. Are you excited about it or already sick of it? Does your use of it mean that you are using some other social media site less?
